Broken Chains
I feel that everyone has a purpose in life and mine was recently known to be this one, to share my life and skills, strategies, and techniques on what I have learned in breaking the chains of the cycle of abuse and neglect and on how I became a survivor.
The reason I speak out is to help, guide, support those that are not ready to speak out publicly or go to counseling. This is your own self-help, growth into finding your own true meaning of breaking those chains of unhealthiness and creating your own healthy relationships filled with love, respect, and trust.
Ā After all, we all deserve it, and it could begin with you becoming aware that you are not alone and have someone who has experienced the same trouble issues as everyone out there and that there is hope to build your own sense of security of healthy relationships. I hope this book will help you as much as it helped me.
