I'm Anita Sandoval

I am a licensed professional Counselor and EMDR Trained. I have had my private practice, Positive Awakenings Counseling Center, since 2010.

My experience as an Licensed Professional Counselor has shaped my passion to help others in creating a healthy and safe environment and build healthy relationships for themselves and for future generations.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with my own private practice and educational experience combined with previous personal challenges of stress and burnout, I myself use these same strategies and techniques to help break negative patterns and develop healthy habits that lead to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My goal is to share with others what I have learned on how to break the chains on the cycle of unhealthiness in life and move forward to the road to happiness.
